Frequently asked questions

Buyers	Search for a Book, CD, DVD or Record. Enter the title or author/artist name in the search box and select the section you want to search in. When you find an item you're interested in buying, just click on the name to bring up the full details of the sale item. Contact the seller by using the link at the bottom of the item details page.
Wants	Can't find what you're looking for? Click on "wants" at the top right and list your wants. When someone lists that item you will be sent an e-mail with a link to the listing. Your e-mail address is not divulged to anyone, including the seller. The seller merely gets informed of how many e-mails have been sent out to prospective buyers like yourself.
Sellers	Sell your Book, CD, DVD or Record. No fee for listing your item for sale.  The item will stay listed until you remove it yourself. You can change all the item details (except for the title of the item) at anytime.  All the item details are in plain text, including the prices, so you can put, for instance, "Offers" in the price fields. Some pieces of information (your location, terms of sale, shipping terms and payment methods) are permanently stored in your profile.  This information is automatically put into your listing for you.  This information can be changed permanently in your profile or on a sale by sale basis in each individual listing. We have tried to make this site easy to use.  If you have any comments or suggestions please use our contact page.
Privacy	We respect your privacy! We don't divulge your e-mail address to anyone or use it for any purpose except for the operation of this site. Buyers - your email address is sent to a seller when you make an enquiry through our contact page - otherwise they would not be able to answer you. Sellers - your e-mail address will be divulged to a potential buyer when you respond to their contact e-mail.
Small print.	This is an Australian web site aimed at an Australian audience and all prices should be quoted in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to change the operational terms and conditions of this site at any time without any prior notice. We reserve the right to remove, without redress, any listings for offensive or illegal materials, and if necessary remove the membership details of anyone placing such listings. All listings are the responsiblity of the individual advertisers and we will not be held responsible for any offence caused by any listing.  Please contact us if you feel a listing is offensive for any reason. This site is purely an advertising site and as such we do not get involved directly in the sale of any item or any consequential disputes.  As with all purchases remember "buyer beware".
